Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling
48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Appointments changed inside 48 hours will be charged 50% of the reserved service.
No-shows are charged 100% of the service.
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require adjusting or rescheduling the service to respect the next guest’s time.
Payments
All major cards and cash accepted.
Product Returns
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days for studio credit only.
Consultations
Required for first-time Hydrafacial guests and major color changes.
